Website forms are handled by our form service using Cloudflare and Google email delivery. Submitted details and photos pass through these services to reach us. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the forms from spam and automated submissions. Website hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services. We may share relevant information with service providers helping us respond to or fulfill a request, and when required by law. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and tracking
The site’s published code does not set browser cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts. Hosting and form providers may still process technical data, such as IP address, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and secure the site or forms. This site does not perform cross-site advertising tracking in its own code, so a browser “Do Not Track” setting does not change its behavior. We do not control tracking on websites you visit through external links.
Retention and security
We keep submitted information as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, support any resulting customer relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. The length may vary with the request and the service provider. We use HTTPS for site and form connections. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
